Recently bought our first home, on day of our move in we discovered the previous owners left the place very dirty with broken glass everywhere. I was in a panic and a hurry so I unfortunately called this company and a lady came out an assured me she would have the place clean, and it would take 4 hours. I was so happy, I even bought her lunch so she could join my family while we were eating. After 6 hours she said she was done, so I paid her and even tipped her! I should have inspected first because all she did was turn on my oven to auto clean and wiped down some surfaces. My grandmother did more work the she did! my husband, 2 yr old son and I are still stepping on broken glass and I have had to spend time cleaning the things she ignored. I know she knows she did a bad job because she left all her cleaning supplies behind and hasn't called to ask for them back. I'm not sure what she did at my home for 6 hours (an hour of which she spent eating the food I bought her and still charged me for!) but she did not clean.
