I took my son to his first dental appointment when he was 2 1/2 years old. They brought my son AND I to the exam room that had a TV and movies in it. This eased the wait time. The hygienist was extremely kid-friendly and knew all the tricks to being able to clean his teeth thoroughly! She was very gentle and taught me how to floss my toddler's teeth. The dentist came in and examined my son's mouth. He showed me the areas that I needed to concentrate more on. He also told me it was time to get rid of the pacifier. He even gave me suggestions on how to do it. That night, all pacifiers were cut and by the weekend, the habit was broken! They had plenty of stickers and a 'goody' bag with a new toothbrush! We made our next appointment for a cleaning and were back in 6 months. The second appointment was just as great as the first. The office staff is courteous and kind. I will agree with another reviewer that said the wait was 30 minutes. But, you have to wait at every doctor/dentist office,
