Around 7:30 PM on October 14, my boyfriend texted me at work telling me I needed to call him. When I did he told me that he thought our cat, Jolene, was dying. I left work immediately and when I got home she was lethargic and almost unresponsive to us. We tried calling our local Vet's office in Carrollton with no response or way to reach another facility.\r

I then tried the Villa Rica office that left a number for the Westside Animal Emergency Clinic. I called them up, and they told us to come in.\r

We arrived at the clinic around 10PM and left around 11PM. Jade was very polite and friendly and helped keep us at east about our beloved cat. When Dr. Barnes came in she did an inspection and told us she likely had flea anema - which made us feel like terrible pet parents. She left and Jade came back with an estimate, which was somewhat shocking. But then we remembered that it is an emergency facility, but still the price was more for us to afford out of pocket.\r
