I had my transmission diagnosed at a big shop, and was confident in the diagnosis I received, but no confident that I was getting a fair shake with the price. I called Select Transmission and Automotive because I saw an advertisement on the internet for a 15% military discount. \r

I was impressed at the service I received. They confirmed that I did have a transmission problem, they gave me a price up front instead of making me agree to let them take my transmission apart and guessing what it might cost. The cost that they gave me for the repair was less than half of the dealers estimate and was nearly $900 less than the low end price of the other shop my Honda had been in. \r

The service that I received was top notch, they employees were friendly and they actually showed me how an automatic transmission worked. (to be honest, I had no clue)\r
