I've been going to the vet for over 3 years and every year it seems the prices for the different procedures go up. Not to mention this year especially I was made to feel guilty about not having my pet go through different tests. Of course on several occasions the vet's office employee didn't read my pets chart correctly and offered me services my pet already obtained!!! What really got me disgusted was when for a certain procedure that my pet had to undergo, the were asking for roughly $600. When I researched another low cost vet clinic in the area they quoted me at about $100 for the same procedure. A SAVINGS OF $500!!!In fact the woman offering me the quote said she has never heard of so much money being charged for this type of procedure. The Animal Hospital of Streamwood is an endless money pit where they COMPLETELY overcharge for their services and on top of it they make you feel GUILTY if you don't have enough $$$ for some "just in case this disease might occur in your pet scenar
