Review content:
My cousin and I visit this store once a week for a Starbucks and finding new books. We like to sit and review the books to decide which ones we want. We have been disappointed for the last several months because two of the big stuffed chairs were removed and not replaced. The remaining two are in dire need of reupholstering. Regardless of their shabby shape, they are ALWAYS in use and we have to use the very uncomfortable chairs that Starbucks provide with their tables or the hard very uncomfortable chairs at the large wood table in the back that is usually full. The store is kept clean and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Some employees are somewhat snooty.
