My Dad used Jimmy, and my family uses him too. Since I started driving, I have kept my vehicle policy with these guys. When I bought my house, I made sure they insured me, and I use them for every other insurance need. \r

A lot of people don't know who their insurance person is, other than a 1-800 number. But the folks here take care of me. I have had several accidents, and a quick call to them always gets the ball rolling, and I get efficient response from the Agencies Jimmy Higginbotham & Assoc represent. \r

They represent several reputable companies. The other companies like the Gecko folks try to lure you away with stuffed animals poor customer service. But Jimmy and Assoc go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. In the past, we have received calls and letters of ways that we can save money, and they have re-written policies as our needs as a family have increased.\r
