I have light brown hair. I wanted to make it blonde. I went to Hair Cult and showed them a picture of what I wanted. You cannot get much clearer than that.\r

Instead of getting the buttery yellow blonde that I wanted, what I got was a stripey gray mess. Yeah, that's right, they dyed my hair GRAY.\r

I was like "WTF???" and I told them they had to fix it. So I came back to fix it and what did they do? They just dumped bleach in my hair. By the time they were done there were little frazzled one inch pieces sticking up everywhere, and my hair had this terrible cottony texture. Seriously, try to picture yourself brushing out a big chunk of cotton.\r

My hair was a frizzy, frazzled mess for 6 months afterwards. The owner of the place was the one who did this to me. I should have sued them.\r

Oh, and one other thing - the entire time I was there the owner and the other stylists who were hanging around were trash talking all their other clients.
