Review content:
I had been using this vet clinic since the late 70's when on Williams Rd w/Dr. Torres. And would always recommend to friends. However over the last two years many changes have been made in the way the practice is run. This has resulted in rude front desk staff. Surgery recommended on a geriatric dog w/out first disclosing that blood panels were not all in the normal range. A trip to Emergency Vet due to incompetance of an All Pets vet tech. Billing errors etc. \r

I still think that Dr.'s Martin & Fling are adequate vets...but changes in how this office is staffed and run have made me leave. The focus has gone from client care to profit making. This is never good in a medical practice.
