Review content:
Only went twice - for initial shots/etc. for my cat and to get her neutered. So great to deal with, and sent a Christmas card every year until I moved out of town. When I recently had to get records related to that care (which was eight years ago now!), I called and they were so helpful. Faxed the records to me within minutes. First rate customer service, and very kind to my testy animal, too.
