Review content:
I recently moved to Enfield and need to see an internist for my thyroid condition. I called Enfield Medical Assoc. based on my insurance and was told I would receive a call back to schedule an appt. They never contacted me. I called to schedule and was told I could not get in for a month. Then after the fact they sent me via mail an appointment when I didn' t even schedule one. I called the office yet again stating I never made an appointment and considering I'm still trying to find a physician asked if I could reschedule. The receptionist was very rude and told me I would have to wait at least 3 months. LOVELY. I would NOT recommend this practice if you do indeed have a medical condition that needs attention. I am beyond disgusted. Cons: Worst practice
