Review content:
Not only did they injure my dog during a procedure, they then denied it. When my dog got ill after the 'fix up' I went back, they did over $1K in tests and care and still had no idea what the problem was. I did but they refused to listen to me. When my dog lost 1/5 of body weight and was listless...I finally carried my dog to a specialist who diagnosed my pet right away and fixed the problem as best they could. I used to go here for years, when Dr Ward was there, things were different. Now, some different people run the show over there. Now, I'll never go back. I am just glad I took my pet somewhere else for care,and the medical mistake was corrected... now my dog is happy and healthy and alive!
