Decided to use them since they fixed one window for my Mother with good results, and were close to my Customers Job.After dropping off the windows for a whole month, decided to pick them up to complete the job to get paid, and the Glaze was still putty like and some panels were loose. I called them to tell them about my experience and they were argumentative and hung up on me.Found out, the other place I use in the City would have been half the price..They didn`t even fix all the Panes I told them to fix and thry charged us for, and also didn`t use the fast setting glaze they charged us for, and used regular glass, when they charged us for wavy glass,.Never again, going to report them to the Better Business Bureau...Ever heard the phrase..the Customer is always right?.. .$150 Job for $300? Didnt call when they said they would...pretty horrible experience.
