I rate this business a ZERO! (The site would not allow me to give a "no" star rating, but this Doctor is definitely rated a ZERO!). I had an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early so as to fill out the paperwork since this was my 1st appointment. I waited one hour and a half (1 1/2 hours) in the waitingroom, while 5 other patients who arrived after me, were seen. Then I was put in another waiting room on a couch where I fell asleep while waiting another half hour. Then I decided to leave; at which time I was was told that Dr. Nusbaum would be ready to see me "SHORTLY": indefinite time! I left. My time - TWO HOURS - is as important as the Doctor's. I think this behavior was very unprofessional and maybe discriminatory because I'm black. I would not recommend any black person make an appointment to be seen by Dr. Bernard Nusbaum as you will not be treated with indignity and be discriminated against.
