Review content:
My name is Wade Anderson and I am co-owner of Tri-Cities Transmission. I just discovered this review and am compelled to respond to it. We did indeed repair the writer's Saturn by installing a used transmission. The customer was given a number of repair options and had decided to go with the least expensive option. The unit had a 30-day, parts only warranty provided by the junkyard that provided the unit. The customer returned a number of months later with a leaking axle seal. We repaired this at no cost to the customer as a gesture of good will. There followed a number of incidents where the lug nuts on the right front wheel came loose. This had never happened before and I could not understand why this was happening as the wheel lug nuts were tightened to specifications and double checked. Yet, it happened. We stood behind our work in any case and promptly and without argument completely paid for any work done outside our shop. But, we did not rest as this had never happened before. (
