Review content:
It took me 4 months witha referral from our pediatrician to get an appointment set with a doctor. I have never called the office and had a human being answer a phone and it typically takes 3-5 calls to get a response at all. We were told that we'd have lab results in 2-3 weeks, and after 8 weeks when we finally had to show up in person due to no one returning our calls, we were able to get results. If you can find another practice to go to, you'll save yourself a lot of headache. Everyone from the check in staff to the billing dept are incredibly rude, clearly don't understand what its like to have children and do not value your business. The doctor however has done a great job with our child.
Pros: Once you finally get to a doctor, they are good
Cons: Interacting with the office and support staff is a nightmare
