After terrible experiences with auto mechanics, it's good to find a place with knowledgeable, certified techs that is BBB accredited, but still small and family-owned. Mike called me not five minutes after I sent them an e-mail with a short explanation of the repairs my car needed, to discuss the situation. They understood my strained financial situation and prioritized the repairs that were best suited to my budget, never trying to upsell or tack on anything unnecessary. I never felt taken advantage of and I very much look forward to both completing my current repairs and building a strong relationship with the Mikes and their crew in the future. Thanks guys!
