I have always considered my pets part of my Family.I have found at NKAH that my pets are treated as part of "their" family as well. The Staff is always polite and refreshing. They are understanding and caring. The Doctors are always pleasant and answer whatever questions that I have. With the economy in the shape it is in , we tend to let our pets needs come last, however at New Kent the prices are affordable. Their "packages" include the things my pet needs to stay healthy. I have always been a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and I feel like I get the best that is available. I think that the Doctors and Staff are great. I was surprised when I received a "sympathy" card in the mail for a pet of mine that passed away at home. I called to notify them that my pet had crossed the rainbow bridge and a few days later I received the card. , It really helped me. I have read all the reviews , good and bad, and in my opinion the people who wrote the ones that were not so good, sound
