My friend recomended this place and I called and the office girl told me there would be no fee for an exam to provide a cost for spaying (and to let me know if my pet was old enough). When I arrived, the girl told me it would be $39.00. I hesitantly agreed. The vet examined my pet and I agreed to a Rabies shot that was due. The Rabies shot is not a muscle shot but whatever the vet did, hurt my pet and she cried very loudly which was difficult to bear. When I went to pay, the office girl told me the cost was $49.00 plus the shot. When I tried to remind her that she quoted me $39, an older man with glasses (office manager, owner?) inisisted on the $49 fee and was VERY RUDE. He insinuated that I was a liar and a thief and I was appalled at his behavior and lack of professionalism. He chose to believe his ""perfect"" employee instead of a customer and now his poor behavior will cost Dr. Monyek because word spread quickly.
