Review content:
One of the most unorganized and unprofessional places I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They have no computer system in which they can accurately keep and maintain patient files. They do not accept care credit or any type of card for that matter. They are unorganized. Employees run to and fro, running into each other, knocking things other. Their waiting room is too small. The clinic constantly smells and considering they spend hours cleaning at night it should not smell as badly as it does. The front desk stuff is completely rude and it's quite apparent they hate their job and do not care for your animal or to even be there. Everyone I've come in contact with just looks and seems absolutely miserable. \r
I started bringing my pets there nearly three years ago because a friend of mine had acquired a tech position there. I expected a wait and it was quite long (nearly 4 hours) but the overall care given by Dr. Heather(who no longer works for this company) was outstanding. N
