This is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. They have had my TV for over a month and never placed one phone call to us with an update. We've had to call everytime and as of yet we have no idea what's wrong, how long, or how much it will cost. Anyone who posts they had a good experience must have had something mind blowingly easy or is affliated with the company. Buyer BEWARE this place is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager is Nathan and is elderly employee is very rude and insubordinate. You give an $85 non refundable deposit so they can hold your TV hostage, don't get scammed, take your repair work anywhere else! I honestly hope they go out of business they totally deserve it.
