Over the span of 3 months, my husband and I took our boston terrier to see the vets at Mt Airy Animal Hospital 3 different times and the only results seen were fewer $$ in our bank account. Our dog presented with what we thought to be somekind of fungus. The vet couldn't decide whether it was a fungal infection or bacterial skin infection which was not the issue. The issue was that the vet didn't start with one or the other but prescribed meds to take care of both. The only problem with this was that the meds pretty much cancelled each other out. We didn't learn this until some $500 later after we decided to have another vet take a look since the problem was not going away. The new vet was able to diagnosis the problem right away and administer the right meds. Thanks for nothing Mt Airy Animal Hospital!
