Review content:
I took my dog here because they had the earliest opening and were nearby. First off, the front desk staff are totally rude and unhelpful. They snap at you, clearly don't care about your pet, and have screwed up two appointments already. The last time I was there I nearly left after standing at the desk for over 10 minutes while the person back there was on the phone and did not even acknowledge me. On the other hand, the actual medical staff are great. I have a large, excitable dog who needs a pretty firm hand and their handlers were great with him. The doctor we saw was informative, engaged, helpful...he was great. It's usually sort of crowded and you're probably going to be in the waiting room for a bit, but the actual vet staff is pretty solid.
