To all of you that have had a negative experience with Courtesy, I am truly sorry. I bought a 2006 SRX from Bob Smith who went out of business but before they did they rotated the tires on my car.....which are not to be rotated. I had brown "acid rain" spots show up on my hood after a very short time. Al Thomas, who sold me my car and later moved to Courtesy, contacted me and had me bring my car in so they could take a look at it. The service department didn't see where they could do anything to help me. I called Cadillac Assist, was assigned a "case worker". The GM representative met me at Courtesy, looked at my car and agreed that the hood should be painted. They split the cost with me and they handled all of it. While there the GM rep looked at the "cupping" of my tires and saw what the Certified GM mechanic had done and ordered me a new set of tires, put them on and didn't charge me . I had other minor cosmetic problems but Courtesy and the GM Rep took care of them. They
