THIS WAS THE WORST MOVING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR THINGS ON TIME!\r

I moved my things out of an apartment in Alexandria, VA and into storage for the summer. At the end of the summer, I had them move my belongings and furniture into a place in Bloomington, IN where I am attending school. From the start, it was a nightmare to deal with them.\r

I was given a quote from the company, though I was told it was very conservative based on the things I had. It was reasonable so I ordered my move with BestWay. When the movers showed up, they started adding on all sorts of fees that I was not told anything about and weren't mentioned on the quote I signed. They charged $75 for a carry fee, $75 for an elevator charge, $60 per picture for glass framed pictures. I told the lady giving me a quote that I had these things but she neglected to enter them in my estimate. She also misquoted the price of storage. In total, I was quoted abou
