Review content:
I love working out at Vision Quest! I have come to love fitness and healthy eating and have changed my whole lifestyle in the last year or so! I was so unhealthy before and I thought I was just average and there was no good reason to change but when I went to cheer on one of my girl friends at her Biggest Loser Finale, I was AMAZED at the turnout and the RESULTS everybody was getting! I also saw a difference not just in how my friend looked but how she acted! She was changing her lifestyle and I decided that I wanted to join in all the fun as well! So I joined the next competition and have never looked back! I am happier, I have more energy and more than anything I am excited that my kids have fallen into this routine as well. I cant think of anything much more important than helping them learn to live a HEALTHY and ACTIVE lifestyle!
