We order for the first time from this company. We took the 2-days delivery. We got the order on time. But as we opened the package, we noticed a small part of the video card was broken. Next day We called the phone number on the invoice and described the problem and asked for an exchange with over the night mailing and we accept the difference of the mailing cost to 4-days delivery. They did it. We got the exchange part next day with a mailing label for the returning part. We installed it. It worked fine. We are very satisfied with this purchase and this company.
