The laundry center has four washers and dryers and gets pretty busy in the mornings. Oh, but there are washer/dryer hookups in the units...if you can get your washer/dryer in the laundry room. The refrigerator and trim on the doorway make it impossible for my standard sized washer and dryer to fit through the doorway of the room they're intended to be in.
Pets are allowed. Just make sure you ask about the deposit. They won't necessarily tell you about it until after you move in, even if you've disclosed the pet on your application. When you tell them you disclosed it, they'll say you didn't. When you ask to see a copy of your application and point it out, they'll say you wrote it in later. There's no pet deposit in the lease, but they'll make you pay it, "or the pet goes."
The pool and jacuzzi didn't open until late June/early July. The fitness center is in an airless basement with minimal, outdated equipment.
I have never encountered such incompetent staff. Maintenance entered my apartment after I expressly said I wanted to be home if non-emergency maintenance was being performed. Maintenance has told me before they would come fix something and never showed up. My freezer fan motor went out, and I lost everything in it. The management staff was completely unapologetic on both counts. Don't be enticed by the cheap rent! Your money is better spent elsewhere.
