We recently bought a car, and at first glance-we thought it was really great how they don't pressure you and aren't working on commission...we picked up the car we bought and within less than two hours the check engine light went on-we immediately called and took the car back, over the next few days we were given the run around and had to keep calling since we weren't getting calls back(we were out of town at this point). No one was following thru on their promises to look at the car and they even said they were taking it to another specialized repair person-but no one communicated this to the mechanic..so our car just sat there. Funny how they say they're going to work with you and then suddenly you get the run around. I am disappointed by this since I am a huge proponent of shopping local small businesses.
