I wasn't very happy with the service. I probably won't return nor recommend this place to anyone else.\r

1. They charge $30 to do an optional digital eye scan for common eye diseases. This is what other OD's do for free, at least the ones I've visited before. Albeit without the fancy digital print of the retina.\r

2. I personally don't like that the first thing that happens once you get into the exam room is that you get a card for the appointment next year. I mean thanks for being so considerate, I guess, but at least give it at the end of the exam.\r

3. I'm under the impression that're trying to convey that picking out glasses is quick thing that you do right after the exam. Alright, the exam is done, now go out and select your glasses. I don't know about other people but this is not something I buy that casually.\r

4. Even after getting determining my prescription Yuh-Jen still suggest I try reading the computer screen in the office without glasses. Yes that works great....if I'
