The jury is still out on the quality of the repair done on my car but as far as the service goes I have a few comments to make. I took my car in for Eaglecrest to find out why my car was leaking oil I was told why and was given a verbal quote ($200 -$250) on what the cost would be so I agreed and ask them to proceed. I was also told it would be a 2 to 3 hour job, after after several hours "I" had to call only to be told that they could not find the gasket to fix the leak. Several hours turned into several days. No excuses were given just that they could not get the gasket but had ordered it, this would have been readily accepted up front if I haven't had to call myself to be told of what was happening. I once again waited and had to call myself to find out an update on the car to now find out from the part owner that a bearing was damaged by them and they could not find one but they were still looking.
