I must say that this company has the "WOW" factor I have been waiting for with customer service. From the minute they answered the phone, you can just tell they answer the phone with a smile. The girls who work the office are just wonderful and patient. It must have taken me 3 weeks to decide between a solid vs a stripe fabric. Once the time came for installation, the crew was sweet and made sure they left our yard in the condition it was. I have been recommending Pacific Tent & Awning to all my friends and neighbors.
