I had a German Shepard that you couldn't keep in a fence or chained up for anything in the world. That dog was like Houdini! She also like to chace cars and bite the tires. It was fine as long as she never caught one and actualy got her teeth into the tire. She did manage to ger her teeth into a few though and well it wasn't pretty. The first time was on a Sunday and she got messed up pretty bad. Back then there were no emergency vet clinics. I started looking up vets in the phone book and though it has been many years ago and I don't remember the vets name that I finaly found, I do remember that he worked at this clinic and he left his home on a Sunday and went to the office and opened the door to me a child at the time. He stitched her up and fixed her broken leg broken leg and sent us home with medicine and instructions for her care. He sent my parents a bill for $28.00 in the mail. He was her vet for life and he saw her after being hit by cars 7 times and each time he would patch
