Review content:
My parents took of their dogs to be groomed and boarded while on vacation on WI. This place lost one of the dogs on Good Friday(4-10-09). They did not let them know until they went to pick them up on the following Wed. that she was gone. It is now April 22 and still no sign of her. They had my phone number here in Lancaster as a emergency #, but didn't call me. Very Irresponsible. My parents are heart broken.
