Review content:
It took 15 minutes to do paperwork. Then van ride to rental lot. Vehicle was a Commander. Awful car. Smelled like moldy wet dog, no wiper fluid and the door lock on the fob didnt work. Staff at lot was ok, no complaint there. Gas station is across the street which no one mentioned when i left so when i returned the car i drove around for an hour trying to find a station. Ended up near airport and called dollar to find a return place at airport and woman on phone was rude and said she couldnt understand me and to call from a different phone. How many cell phones do you think i have? They charged me for 2 extra hours but my car wasnt do back for another 45 minutes, and they charged for another full day of insurance. Wont rent from dollar again.
