Dr. Bell is World Class so I gave them 5 stars. My husband thinks she hung the moon. She helped us through my dog having cancer, she cared for our dog but for us, too. My dogs love her and she loves them (we have 4). They love the rest of the staff, too. We've been going there since 2009 and drive over from Clarksville, TN bc we like it there so much. When we moved here, we wanted to find a place that didn't rush, listened, a bit intuitive, and thorough and that's them. I never mind waiting bc I know my babies are going to get the best. My husband just walked in and said "What are you doing?" I said, "Giving Dr Bell a good review." He said, "Tell them she's AWESOME!" ... then, my Boxer started licking my arm..LOL...that says it all.
