This is a horrible place. The teenagers that work at this store are totally untrained and do not know how to properly assist customers. The management is generally non-existent and does not have the mental capacity of the average cockroach. This store will RIP YOU OFF!!! They will rent you movies and then tell you that you have never returned them and demand payment. And there in-lies the "shtick", the "scam", the "bamboozle" as it were. A dishonest employee steals a movie that you bring back before entering it back into the system and then weeks later you receive a notice that you are late on the rental. When you protest this they simply say, it's your word against theirs and you owe them the price of replacing the movie. You have zero recourse when they pull this trick on you. You know you returned said movie and they say you didn't. They are unable and unwilling to give any type of receipt to you that would show that you in fact did return your rentals, even at the time of renting.I
