Living at Ponderosa Mobile Estates has been wonderful since Hawkeye Asset Management took over the management of our Park a few years back. I am a senior and have lived here for over 30 years and they have been very helpful to me. The new managers they brought to our park really enjoy their job and do it very well. When ever I need a little extra help someone is always willing to jump in and give me a hand. I feel safe and protected here and I am pretty sure that my neighbors feel the same. Its a great place to live and I will be here as long as I am able. Thanks for all your hard work and keep it up!
