I was skeptical when Hawkeye took over the management of the mobile home park I live in because over the years I had seen other managers come and go without making a difference in my community. The park had become run down. I even had considered moving. But I was pleasantly surprised. Not long after they took over the management of the park, they replaced the on-property manager with a new one who was more professional. She presented a plan to the owners on what Hawkeye was going to do to improve the community. Their plan included upgrading the laundry facilities, re-landscaping the park, improving the lighting, and installing an automatic security gate. All these fixes have made a difference in the way I feel about my home and community. And, the new manager on the property always responds to my requests in a professional fashion. I feel much better about making my home here since Hawkeye Asset Management put the fix on this place.
