this was one of our favorite places to order until just recently. we have ordered the same cake for the past 4yrs italian cream we always send it as a gift there has never been any complaints until this yr. they (the people we send the cake too) said the cake was dry, bland and they felt like it was old...so i gave them a call i figured they would make it right after all it was a $60 cake. i asked her if she could bake an new one and pick the one that they weren't gonna eat she pretty much said no we're not baking a new one...italian cream is meant to be dry...i dont understand this is the same cake we have send them each yr w/o any complaints why now... thanks to Rebeka they lost our business...had to call a few times before we got our money back w/o an apology
