This crew is fabulous! We used another pool service upon moving into our new house last summer and also asked around at some of the local pool supply stores for referrals. We were unhappy with the first crew that had been maintaining the pool previously. They seemed to just assume that we should use them and were difficult to reach by phone and we always felt rushed.\r
However, when we had a winter freeze problem arise we contacted CCPS at a friend's recommendation and they saved us from some seriuos damage and didn't make us feel stupid in the process. THey patiently answered all our questions and were very reasonable. We liked them so much that we cancelled our original pool opening date with our former company and scheduled CCPS to open things for us. The 2 guys they sent out were very friendly, patient, and helpful, and left things very clean and tidy. They were very prompt and always also very courteous on the phone. Thank you!!
