For years Toojay's was located in Loehmann's Plaza on PGA Blvd. It has since moved to the new concept walking mall of Downtown at the Gardens.Who could believe Palm Beach Garden's would turn into such a cosmopolitan spot on the map attracting retailers such as Gucci and Chanel? Twenty years ago when I mentioned I was from Palm Beach Gardens most folks would draw a blank. Anyhow, Toojay's is the place to go if you are very hungry. I can guarantee that after any kind of meal there you will leave stuffed. Portion sizes would satisfy an entire family.An order of turkey on rye comes on thick slices of home baked rye bread. They have the best coleslaw and pickled tomatoes. Though I have never indulged, their most famous desert is a killer chocolate cake.When hungry go to Toojays you won't be sorry. It is casual and you can eat there in comfort when alone.
