We took our dogs to the Banfield here in Addison. The new doctor there, Gale Thompson, seems as if she is on drugs. I am 100% serious. She made me feel as if she had NO expertise in the field...I could have probably done a better job myself. If you are looking for a comforting, highly reliable, trustworthy place...this is not the answer. We walked in and the assistants kept getting one dogs needs mixed up with our other dog. She almost gave a rabies shot to our dog who just had one recently after I repeatedly said he doesn't need this shot, our other dog does. Medications of any kind, to me as a pet owner, are a serious thing and I was appalled that they might give one of our dogs the wrong medication. Another thing that really bothered me was the fact that they just weren't comforting. I expect to walk into a new vet (it was our first time obviously) to a doctor who is excited and loving to pets and this doc didn't really even seem interested, much less act as if she knew what the hec
