The service here was horrible. I was told to wait so one employee could talk to another about a different situation (in my experience with customer service the person in front of you is more important than other items. The lady talked to me like I was 2 years old and told me I could not ship the package without even knowing any details about what it was. I had preprinted a form from home and she said I had to go to a real FedEx office to use that label. I always ship similar packages from kinkos and similar offices that are NOT FedEx. She interrupted me several times and kept repeating things slowly and loudly. I began explaining something to her and she walked off to help another customer. I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles to avoid the rude people here. Guess it would suck to be uneducated in your 40s working at a mom and pop mail shop.
