Review content:
The service was horrible. They do not show up on their appointment date or time, and they do not call. I had to call to check to see if anyone was still coming to my home. I have been back and fourth on the phone with them for days, and the situation is still not handled. The exterminators do not show up until late and they are not professional. The job is rushed. They are more concern about what you have in your home. My window was let up and left that way, without my knowledge, after one exterminator questioned me about the size of my TV. I was offered other services such as roofing on my home and referred to the termite man's friend to come out and take a look at my roof. He rushed through checking for termites, I am not even sure he fully checked. I was told by one exterminator that the reason he was 4 hours late, he had to get another drug screening because something happen at another client's house. He did not want to go downstairs in my basement to check for spiders until my hus
