Review content:
I have been a customer for about 20 years. Even when they were a teeny tiny little store across the street in Timberlake Shops. The setup of the store is visually appealing. I like to take my daughter there to see the animals like an indoor zoo on a yucky day. The have the largest selection of items and some pets. However there prices are high on many of them. There turnaround on there saltwater fish are so high, that they end up selling fish that do not survive for very long. It is not my tank, because fish that come from another store live. There is no guarantee on saltwater fish. So I am just out the money. I don't feel that I am being sold bad fish intentionally. I just think that they just push them out of the store so quickly that they don't even realize. Some of their dept associates are very knowlegable. I have even saved myself a trip and called to ask a question and they have been very helpful. If you need one on one help I recommend not going on the weekends.
