We have been taking our Veracruz to this dealership since we bought our vehicle. Our vehicle is only a few years old. We noticed a squeaking noise soon after purchase. We immediately took the vehicle in. They have never been successful in fixing the issue. They always say they have fixed the problem and then we notice it again. The customer service is not a priority here. We have been left without a vehicle several times. They will not provide a loaner or rental. We live 25 minutes away and have been there numerous times over the past few years. Needless to say, we have been completely inconvenienced. Today, the service associate went all the way to the GM and explained out problem. We are moving from VA to CA next week. We took our vehicle in last week and this week to get the problem fixed. They said it would take more than a day and would not give a rental or loaner. If someone where looking to buy a vehicle I would go to a different location because they are not concerned with plea
