Review content:
I had L&N come out to clean my carpets while preparing to put my house on the market due to their low costs. They "finished" my 6 rooms in under a half hour. How much effort could have been possibly put into the cleaning if they completed the job so quickly? I found out how much effort a couple days later when all my dirt/stains started resurfacing. I called, and they said because I signed the paper saying the job was satisfactorily done (which it did appear to be the day of the cleaning), that it was out of their hands and had no further obligation to come out and clean the carpet again. Unknowingly to me, my mother also had L&N clean her carpet. We were talking and she said she thought it was odd that the guy had asked to use her bathroom when he was there for only a little bit of time. My mouth dropped, and I told her the guy did the same thing to me...he asked to use my bathroom as well when he was there for less than a half hour. So I posted it on facebook not recommending L&N for
