They do not care about customer service. I came to this dealership on a referral from a family member. I towed my vehicle down there since it was in a good location and right down the street and dropped my key off in the drop box, which is convenient. However, we had to pay for the diagnosis and were given a repair cost quote. Since we just wanted to know what was wrong with our vehicle so we could fix it ourselves we paid the diagnosis fee and went ahead and purchased the part brand new elsewhere. However after replacing the part that C & M told us was the reason for the vehicle problems our vehicle still did not run. Clearly we were angry about having to pay for a wrong diagnosis and we were told "you have too many people looking at your car!". We actually had 1 person (who was a mechanic for over 20 years) look at it and the part that we were told was broken was actually not broken and had nothing to do with our issues.
