I purchased a roll up door to replace a garage installation. I had one question during the installation that Buydoorsdirect answered right away. The door itself had a major issue that was not the fault of buy doors direct but of the manufacturer. The holes provided to affix the rails to a wood frame where not large enough to have a socket fit over the lag bolt provided (very frustrating). I had a friend with a reamer bit make the holes bigger. I also had a question about why the door would not go down unless I held the button. That was answered very quickly by a tech.
